When I tried a second time, I got Betsy and she was responsive and eager to meet our needs. Most importantly I felt like she cared about us and had our back throughout the process - often telling us to walk away from houses that she saw issues or felt were overpriced. Betsy worked with us for 3 years while we tried to find a house during the post-CV19 housing shortage. She was always up for looking at a house over the three year period - never tiring or giving up on us. She has a great sense of humor as well! We will miss meeting up with her!
